N-15 Villa is a tropical hideaway that captures the essence of outdoor island living. Located in a vibrant residential area, the home is designed around a central pool deck, where wood, thatch and natural tones create a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Large overhangs and open verandas ensure a seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces, making this the perfect place to enjoy Aruba’s climate year-round.

A CONTEMPORARY ISLAND HOME IMMERSED IN NATURE

TROPICAL LIVING WITH A MODERN EDGE

N-15 Villa is a contemporary tropical residence designed to harmonize with its natural environment. The villa features a single-story layout with two wings extending around an elevated central living area. This configuration allows for a seamless flow of nature through the house, creating a dynamic interplay of height, light, and greenery.

The front wing encompasses the entrance and an integrated garage, maintaining a monolithic character and forming an internal patio. The rear wing houses the sleeping quarters, offering direct access to the garden. Large overhangs and open verandas ensure a seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces, making this the perfect place to enjoy the Caribbean climate year-round.

The material palette of N-15 Villa blends modern simplicity with natural warmth. Grey and white stucco define the clean, geometric volumes of the exterior, creating a crisp yet soft architectural language. Black window frames offer a sharp contrast, emphasizing the minimalist lines while framing views of the lush surroundings. Wood elements are used throughout, adding a natural texture that grounds the villa in its tropical context and brings warmth to both the façade and outdoor living spaces.
