CONCEPT

The four themes, elegance and luxury, connection to nature, iconic and timeless character, and natural sightlines and daylight, come together in a triangular form. The triangle is a symbol of energy and strength. It represents the cycles of growth that lead to a higher state of being.

The triangular form of the villa creates unique sightlines from every façade, with each floor oriented differently to provide 360° panoramic views and a distinct spatial experience. At the three converging points of the axes, one extends toward a mode of transport: the helipad, marina, and horse stable. At the heart of the island lies a patio that functions as both central hub and orientation point. The basement is partially embedded into the beach and extends into the sea, while the entire design stands as a bold architectural statement that redefines modern luxury.

AN ICON IN ISOLATION

We’re closing with what might just be our favorite project by STATE of Architecture: Signature Island. Some Messi fans out there might recognize a familiar silhouette in this villa. That’s no coincidence, it closely resembles the concept designed by Veliz Arquitecto, made for the GOAT of football. Don’t shoot the messenger.

As the name suggests, the residence is built on its own private island, where four themes converge: luxury and elegance, connection to nature, an iconic and timeless character, and natural sightlines and daylight. All brought together in a powerful triangular shape, symbolizing energy and strength. Due to the shifting orientation within the triangle’s wings, every floor offers a different view and a unique experience.
